I am travelling to Seattle next week for my Dad’s birthday and since I haven’t travelled since the big liquid scare, I thought I would check the Transportation Security Administration’s website to see what I can and can not bring with me on my carryon luggage.
Here are a few things that I am not allowed to bring:
- Meat Cleaver
- Saber
- Spear Gun
- Cattle Prod
- Brass Knuckles or Nunchakus
- Dynamite or Hand Grenades
- Gasoline
- Chlorine for Pools or Spas (can I bring regular chlorine?)
- Opps - guess not Liquid Bleach is also on the list
- Tear Gas
I think I will be fine. I don’t even own any of these articles. Ok, I do own Liquid Bleach, but why would I ever bring that on a plane, they don’t have laundry facilities!
