In the news today, Hillary Clinton said she wasn’t sure that voters would elect a woman president. She states:
“But I think at some point we need to try. Other countries have beaten us to the punch. And I don’t think there’s any place in the world where it’s better to be a woman, with more choices and opportunities, than in 21st-century America.”
If you are woman who everyone is pretty sure is going to run for President, what else are you going to say? I think we should elect another white male? An African-American President would be the best choice?
I think John McCain should make a statement - “I think we should try and elect a white male, Viet Nam veteran, from the State of Arizona for President in 2008″
