Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and John Edwards, the presidential frontrunners, have almost $100 million in their campaign funds. The actual total is $94.8 million as of June 30, 2007. The top Republicans (Giuliani, Romeny, McCain), on the other hand, had only a combined total of $33.7 million.

Hillary Clinton has amassed $45.2 million, followed by Obama with $36.3 million and Edwards with $13.3 million. If they don’t win, I guess they can save it for the next time they run for office. Either that or buy a new set of Ping Golf clubs and join the retired set on the golf course!
