My Own Political Party

I am not surprised. Al Gore wins the Nobel Peace Prize. Funny how someone who espouses we cut down our personal use of natural resources can’t even do it himself. Interestingly, a British judge ruled recently that some assertions in Gore’s documentary were NOT supported by scientific evidence. A school official brought the case to court because he did not want to show the film to his students. The judge ruled the film could be shown, but that a “written guidance to teachers, designed to ensure Gore’s views are not presented uncritically, must accompany the screenings.”

Don’t get me wrong, I am all for cleaning up the planet and using less resources. I just find it odd that someone can talk the talk, but not walk the walk.
