Huckabee Now Leads in Iowa
In 2008 Presidential Election | no comments yet | permalink
For a while, it looked like Mitt Romney had four states won in the primary elections: Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Michigan, but recent polls show that Huckabee is now in the lead in the polls for Iowa with Romney close behind and Thompson and Giuliani trailing by more than 10 points.
I wouldn’t go out and order Huckabee custom pens yet – the race is still going to be long and drawn out. I see the lead changing a few times over the course of the Primaries. Huckabee might win Iowa, but Romney should win New Hampshire. In the long run, Giuliani may pull ahead when we have the Super Tuesday of primaries.
We are in for the long haul before a Republican candidate is chosen.
