If you are the Governor of a state and the there are petitions to recall you, you KNOW you aren’t popular! Governor Jon Corzine of New Jersey is in that mess. He recent plan to cut the state deficit of $4 billion by raising the tolls are literally flopped. To top it off he has already spent almost $8 million just to DEVELOP the plan (most of those dollars went to out of state firms). It is also rumored that he wants to spend $1 million on an advertising campaign to convince the people of NJ that it is a good plan. Please!
If you are from NJ and are fed up with politics as usual, there are two things you must do.
1. In November, vote out every incumbent. I know this is hard for some of you Democrats to do since you would be voting for a Republican, but it must be done. At every election after, you VOTE OUT THE INCUMBENT. Guess what? The politicians will soon get the message!
2. Go to RecallCorzineNow.com and sign the petition to get him recalled. This will also send a big message.
3. VOTE. The voter turnout for the 2008 Primary was only 28%!! You can not complain about who gets elected if you don’t VOTE!
