New Jersey Motto

Last year, New Jersey held a contest to find a new motto. The one that was chosen was “New Jersey, Come See For Yourself.” It seems not many people liked that slogan and it had been used by other states. In steps Joey, a 13-year-old from Roxbury, who came up with his own - “New Jersey, Home for All Seasons.” He is even enlisting the help of Senator Ray Lesniak to help his cause. Lesniak is trying to pass a resolution in New Jersey to make this the state motto. Of course, this seems like a big waste of time, since I found many more appealing mottos on the internet for New Jersey, including:
New Jersey: Our Governor is richer than yours.
New Jersey: We pay the most.
New Jersey: Making the world safe for government corruption.
New Jersey: Got a problem with that? (actually suggested by Danny DeVito)
New Jersey: We don’t like it either.
New Jersey: You’ll get used to the smell.
Step away from your espresso machines for a minute and tell me, which one would you choose?
