Two years from now, a number of Senate and House seats will be up for election. If history tells us anything, the Democrats could be on thin ice. After Bill Clinton was elected President, the majority Democrats were thrown out of office. The same thing happened in reverse to George W. Bush. Unless Obama makes great strides in two years, the balance of power may change again.

There is already take in Nevada about Republican Lt. Gov. Brian Krolicki running against Harry Reid in 2010. Remember, Nevada is not all about Las Vegas hotels and gambling sites, there is a big conservative base as well. Reid is currently in his fourth six-year term as Senator. He previously served as a member of the State Assembly, Lt. Governor, Chairman of the Nevada Gaming Commission and U.S. Congressman. Maybe it is time for another job change!
