Just about anything is better than the 2-party system in America. The average man/woman have been selected out of the political decision due to corporate campaign donations (bribes).

The two political parties pass laws in state legislatures that make it almost impossible to create an alternative.

Sadly, the American voter usually goes with the candidate with the most money, advertisements & TV coverage.

As a member of the military I am amazed how much waste the DoD has. That being said it seems insane to cut spending to vital programs while we are giving billions of dollars to groups like ACORN.

Great blog. I’m serious about starting a new political party. Polititians do not listen to individuals. You need to have as a large a number of people as possible to make a political impression. Any body have any ideas as how to “legally” form a Federal politicial party? I’m sure you just don’t announce a party and it becomes one. I don’t envision a new party replacing the ones we currently have but I’d like to put forth some ideas that would influence the “powers-to-be”.
