The average man/woman have been selected out of the political decision due to corporate campaign donations (bribes). The two political parties pass laws in state legislatures that make it almost impossible to create an alternative. Sadly, the American voter usually goes with the candidate with the most money, advertisements & TV coverage. Just about anything is better than the 2-party system in America.
