GRIP

I was sad that I was unable to attend the 9/12 rally in Washington, DC last month. I really wanted to pack up my Eagle Creek luggage and head on over to the event. Living here in New Jersey, I get the feeling that there are a number of people who are fed up with high taxes and government spending but they just don’t know how to make any changes. Unfortunately, these are the same people that continue to vote for the incumbent politicians.
If you really want to make a change in government (and it was obvious from the Presidential race that many people do), you need to follow the GRIP mantra – Get Rid of Incumbent Politicians. That’s right. Every election (primaries included) you need to go to your voting box and put a check next to the person who is NOT the incumbent. This is the only way to send the message – you are here to do the will of the people, not follow your own agenda.
Too many voters believe that their representative is doing a great job. If that is the case, then why is the approval rating of politicians in the toilet. In order to make change, we need new faces.
Vote out the incumbents!
