With the talk about health care plans, I thought that maybe both candidates should require people to eat healthier if they want good health care coverage. There has been much talk about “superfoods” and the benefits that can be had by consuming them. Here is a list of superfoods:
* Beans
* Blueberries
* Broccoli
* Oats
* Oranges
* Pumpkin
* Salmon
* Soy
* Spinach
* Tea (green or black)
* Tomatoes
* Turkey
* Walnuts
* Yogurt
Of course, you could also take a supplement that supposedly has all benefits from these foods in it, but does orovo work? Maybe a thought before we decide that everyone should have unlimited health care and yet keep their unhealthy lifestyles.
