Big Brother in China

China is cracking down on news reports. Since they are a communist country, the politicos do not like bad press. Press agents have been beaten and stories recanted. There are 20 topics that are considered off topic, including, judicial corruption, individual rights campaigns, lifestyles of the rich, and extramarital affairs.
It is a shame that such a large country, with such a hard working population, would have to be undergo such censorship. I am surprised that individuals are allowed to send birthday invitations without the government opening them up, showing up at the party, and demanding a percentage of the birthday cake.
I would love to boycott China made products, but on the other hand, I don’t want the people of China to suffer. Between a rock and a hard place.
