All I heard on the news yesterday and today was that there could be a shift of power in the Senate to the Republicans benefit if Tim Johnson were not to recover.  What?  Who cares at this point!  Tim Johnson, a Democratic Senator from South Dakota, suffered a stroke yesterday and had to undergo brain surgery.  He is only 59 years old. 

I’ll admit right now that I am a conservative, however, I could care less if the Republicans take back the Senate.  My only wish is for the speedy recovery of Senator Johnson.  My thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family.  No matter his political leanings, he still deserves the Country’s best wishes for his service to the USA!
