Rutgers President had to write a letter of apology to Navy. Why? It seems a few students were yelling obscene remarks at the Navy football players in last Saturday’s game. The f-word was used quite frequently. How ironic that the Rutgers Women’s Basketball Team had to listen to disparaging remarks from Don Imus and yet some students still don’t realize the inappropriateness of words.

It will be interesting to see what happens at the next Rutgers’ game. It doesn’t seem possible that they would be able to punish students since there is still such a thing as freedom of speech. Although, maybe they could have them all walk across fire glass or take a insensitivity class. The funny thing is, the shoe was on the other foot and there was outrage. Now that Rutgers is participating in vulgar and inappropriate language some people see it as just some boys having fun.
