California is considering passing a law that would prohibit Paparazzi from coming in close contact with celebrities in public places. The camera wielding, compact flash cards using Paparazzi have often been blamed for dangerous situations on California streets. Unfortunately, the high price that is paid for some pictures, can make them go out of their way for the best pictures. Pictures of Angelina Jolie, Britney Spears and even Suri Cruise can go for as much as $1 million!
