This is either a joke, or some of our elected representatives need to find ellipticals workouts for their brain. While their bodies might be in shape, you wonder what is going on inside the head. Democrat Hank Johnson, a representative from Georgia, questioned a Navy admiral about additional troops that might be stationed their in the near future. He was concerned that the additional people, added to a very small island, might actually cause it to tip over. Johnson later released a statement where he stated:

“The subtle humor of this obviously metaphorical reference to a ship capsizing illustrated my concern about the impact of the planned military buildup on this small tropical island.”
