$700 Billion in economic stimulus money is simply not enough according to Jon Corzine, Governor of New Jersey. Corzine wants to see $1 trillion in stimulus money to be used for infrastructure, education and middle class tax cuts.

I am sure Governor Corzine has his own agenda in proposing this. You see, New Jersey is in its own financial crisis. Years of poor planning, overspending and fiscal mismanagement have put this state in a great big hole. I am sure that Corzine would love to see more money handed out by the Federal Government to fix New Jersey’s problems instead of doing it the old-fashioned way – cutting spending.

If Corzine does not get a hand out for New Jersey, you can expect that he will do the next best thing – raise taxes!
