Keeping Fit – A Must as President

President Obama utilizes fitness equipment and a variety of fitness routines to keep in shape. This is a must as a President. The job can be both mentally and physically tiring and being fit helps to do the job better. President Obama’s workouts include playing basketball for 30 minutes or more, running or walking on a treadmill, riding a stationary bike and jogging.
